Fall makeup is usually filled with darker and dramatic colors, but according to last year’s Autumn/Winter Bridal Fashion week, you can play with a variety of colors and still keep your makeup seasonally updated. We did some research and found a few Fall makeup looks that you could wear for any wedding or special occasion. Look no further if you’re looking for inspiration!
Red Lips
Keep things sophisticated and classic with a red lip. Pair this bold lip with a minimal makeup look to keep it fresh. Add some of your own personal flair by choosing a red that flatters your skin tone and dress design. If your skin tone is on the warmer side, choose an orange-based red and if your skin tone is cooler, choose a blue-based red. You can even wear a red with a bit of pink for a fun twist!
Winged Liner
As a huge makeup trend on Instagram, why not wear a winged liner on your special day? Keep the liner more subdued by keeping the wing short to play up the eyes slightly.
Vamp Lips
Take your wedding makeup up a notch by wearing a vampy lip! Add some highlighter to keep your complexion looking fresh and to wear minimal makeup on the rest of your face.
Soft & Pretty
For a more traditional bridal look, wear a lot of nudes and pinks to accentuate your natural beauty. The key here is to keep your makeup very feminine and soft and pretty.
Grey Smoky Eyes
Instead of the usual blacks and browns, wear a matte gray smoky eye. Here, the models took the eyeshadow quite high, but feel free to wear it in a way that flatters your eye shape the best.
